HOUSING ASSISTANCE IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT

pLEASE RESPECT THE PRIVILEGE OR YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ASSISTANCE

provide MCHA true information about your Household and your income.

Cooperate, by providing requested information, during your annual reexaminations with MCHA.

Notify MCHA, in writing, if you or anyone in your Household has a change in income; if any member of your Household moves out, or if you add any children to your household by birth, adoption, foster care or legal custody or plan to get married.

Allow MCHA inspectors to inspect the unit annually, and at other times, with prior notice.

Notify MCHA, in writing, if you are away from home for more than 5 days or if you plan to move out or end your lease.

Pay your rent and utilities, if applicable, on time.
