Public Housing (Elderly and Disabled)

The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) administers a variety of housing programs in its quest to provide subsidized housing to low and moderate income individuals and families. MCHA owns and manages four high-rise towers for elderly and disabled residents located throughout the county. They include the following:
