
The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA), in partnership with
community organizations, agencies and local governments, provides
housing and homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income
persons and families. It takes a leadership role in providing programs
and resources for residents that promote and encourage self-sufficiency,
self-esteem and self-determination. As you read about our programs and
services, you will see that MCHA is indeed a multidimensional agency and
is always looking for creative ways to meet housing needs in Montgomery
County.
